Well done that man! Anthony Maggert lost his leg in Afghanistan, yet he stopped to help a man change a flat tire. The man, as it turned out, was former Secretary of State Colin Powell and the General was so touched he wrote a Facebook post (yes, Generals are on Facebook!) about the encounter.
